Comments:
What a turn out…if only all night
events were this well attended, perhaps this is
the beginning! Great weather and a fun map to
plan on. Plenty of route choice to be had around
those buildings. Putting the controls out too
early felt a bit vulnerable so we did a mad rush
at 5-00pm chucking most of them out of the van
window as we drove around. Thanks to Jack and
Harry for their help there! It was a surprise to
see so many in the car park when we turned up
with nearly an hour of light left to set up the
start.
Thanks to Alex as well for doing a bit
of everything. Ian Bowles, Donna Timmis and
Adrian Taylor for helping get in controls. We all
made it to the pub in good time for the biggest
post event turn out on a night event I have seen
for a while.
