Cookworthy can be very wet and muddy underfoot. Wellingtons may be advisable under these conditions, and a change of footwear and clothing is recommended.
Forestry operations may be taking place. Please observe any safety or warning signs.
There are two private residences in the area, and there is no public right of access. Please do not use the tracks through either property.
Post number 2 has been replaced. There has been some forestry work around the Start/Finish post. The ground remains rather muddy, and the post has temporarily been removed. FC hope to resolve this in the next couple of weeks. 23 Apr 09
